Below is my Semen Analysis Report. Please advise

Colour : Creamy
Viscosity : Normal
Liquefication Time: Within 30 Minutes
pH : Alkaline

Microscopic Evaluation

Sperm Count : 0 Millions / ml
Motility (Within 1 Hour)
Actively Motile : 0 %
Sluggishly Motile : 0 %
Non-Motile : 0 %

Abnormal Forms : 0 %
Cells From S. Tubules: Spermatocytes: 0 / hpf
Pus Cells : 1 - 2 / hpf

Chemical Examination:
CULTURE

Above is my seminal fluid examination report. My age is 32 years. I am married since 1.5 year.

Kindly advise if i should make treatment and also please advise my fertility level.

Kindly advise which Food, Multivitamin is good for me.

No sperm production is of concern and you will need a full urological exam and medical history review with your Urologist to see why you are not producing sperm.

There is not a quick and simple fix without a full workup and more information to see what is causing no sperm in the ejaculate.


Look for a Urologist in your area that has a fellowship training in male factor fertility and/or andrology.
