Lump on rib

An_205937 posted:
Last year I was diagnosed with stage 1 melanoma on my leg. It was removed and the doctors believed to have gotten all of it. I now found a grape-sized lump on my rib cage. I can "play" with it and move it around. I've had my primary doctor look at it and he feels it is just a fatty cist. Has anyone experienced cists like this? I'm just concerned over every little thing now since I've had cancer. Thank you!

Hi Anon_43033,

If you are still concerned about the lump, please get a second opinion. WebMD has an article that might help: http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/guide/cysts-lumps-bumps
