Radiation causing upset stomach and nausea?

Hi, a friend of mine recently had radiation therapy for clear cell sarcoma. The radiation was on her right butt cheek and her right groin area. Its been about 3 weeks since the radiation ended and there are definite signs of her skin healing. but lately she has been having frequent stomach pains and a feeling of nausea. I was wondering if since the radiation was so close to her intestines and stomach that maybe her stomach is still healing and maybe more sensitve? is there anything she can do about this, would eating better help or not drinking alcohol? i dont know im just throwing out some ideas. thanks for the feed back.

Hiya,
This is a good question for her doctor. There might be something she can take to help her with this, a medication.
She should definitely ask the doc about this and let him/her know of her symptoms.
