I've been to a dermatologist 3 or 4 times and had several moles removed' 20 to 25. Each visit resulted in one or more moles being precancerious, five or more. He just said that one of four removed my last visit was congenital nemis (? spelling) and could have possible been melanoma. His plans are to remove moles, 3 to 4 at a time, until he gets a report back where none show any signs. I have a family history of cancer, I know of 9. Should I continue going to him or go to a Oncologist?

No cancer, no oncologist. Keep up with the check ups at the dermatologist.
I get those pre-cancers as well, and he just keeps freezing them.
