scratched off mole

I woke up this morning and noticed dried blood on the mole on my shoulder, when I went to clean it the mole has come almost completely off. It is a little sore and barely attached. I put a bandage on it cause it is still bleeding. I assume I scratched it off in my sleep but I am worried that it is going to cause a problem, does anyone have any experience with this????
