If the doctors think that my husband is cancer free at this time, how long can we wait to start his interferon? They want to start soon but he needs to also go back to work or we will not have insurance to pay for it anyway. The complication is caused mainly because he works out of town.

Hi Anon,

Hoping for great news and that your husband is cancer free!

Unfortunately, without knowing your husbands health and treatment history it is impossible to guess how long.

Please discuss this with his health care providers. Hope you find answers soon and keep us posted.

Elizabeth
