MY HUSBAND HAS THESE DARK PUFFY LESIONS THAT WONT GO AWAY I HAVE PUT HYDRO CORTISONE ON IT AND IT HAS MADE THEM SOME WHAT FLAT BUT HAVE RUFF EDGES IM SCARED FOR HIM WE DONT HAVE INSURANCE FOR HIM AND HE IS UNEMPLOYED AT THE MOMENT IS THERE ANY HELP OUT THERE.
