Will these pills help prevent skin cancer?

I found these pills called Heliocare and it says that it helps fight off UV damage while wearing your sunscreen. I'm very pale and I want to stay that way and not have aging skin in the future. Will these work?

Hello and Welcome herbalrose,

In a quick search I could not find any studies that conclude a pill can fight or prevent UV damage.

It sounds great and would take much less time than applying daily sunscreen, but no substitute. Spending your money on a good sunscreen and protective clothing may be the best bet!
