A second round of melanoma

Hello. I found out yesterday I have stage 1 melanoma. Six moths ago, I was diagnosed with stage 2, and underwent surgery in the site, as well as lymph node removal (3). The lymph nodes came back clear. The first site was on my upper thigh under the buttox. The new melanoma is just right above my hip bone on my back. My question is this, now what? It's only been 5.5 months since the first surgery. I was told I've had the melanoma (first site) for a while, but because of having a low immune system from stage 1 breast cancer/surgeries (no treatments) last year, it caused it to become active.

What are the next steps? Isn't it pretty early to have a second site appear? Are treatments going to be necessary? I'm up for whatever they need to do. I have three boys, and want to be around to see them grow.
