I am a few days shy of 52,, i had a hysterectomy at 35 due to fibroids.
complete therefor i havent had periods for 15+ yrs and i was told that i would not go thru menopause but the last few months have began having extreme hot flashes,, a "muffin top" according to the articles i have read and am not sure whats going on???
I take meds for fibromyalia and HBP but prefer all natural remedies to meds,,,any ideas or suggestions???

Unless your ovaries were removed at the time of your hysterectomy, you will undergo menopause and you are at the appropriate age. HRT will help but that is something you must decide. There is a whole array of symptoms you may suffer and none are much fun. The night sweats, mood swings and vaginal dryness were the worst for me.
