I am almost 58 and have not had a period for over 10 years. Recently I had some spotting and passed a small clot. There was no pain. Just noticed it on my panty liner. Could this be a sign of uterine or cervical cancer?

I wouldn't think so. I suggest you call your doctor and at the least speak with a nurse concerning this.
