Peri-Menopause and Exercise

I think I am perimenopausal and haven't exercised much in the last few years due to laziness and kidney cancer and would like to start. Any good workouts out there for a semi-motivated couch potato?

You could start with taking short walks. I have a back disability so I am limited to what exercises I can do. Have you thought about swimming? I also have High Cholesterol to which I am unable to take the meds for so changing my diet and supplements has given me more incentive, ambition, and enthusiasm(sp).
