I think i'm pre-meno. I've been having mini hot flashes for a month. Was thinking i was getting the flue. Haven't had a period in 6 months, just some light spotting once a month. I also beleive i smell just like my grandmother. (that's a good thing to me, ; ) .
If and when i go to a doctor, what things should I be looking for / or asking for when they test me?

Menopause can be confusing. Everyone experiences it alittle differently. I find that information is key and knowing your options because there are MANY different ways of handling menopause discomforts from natural supplements to HRT. I personally believe its good to try the natural route first so there's no worry of side efffects. Best site I've found for information is menopause relief today, there's articles, guides, just lots of information to help you make informed decisions. Best of luck to you!
