uterine polyps

went back to my gyno to have my three month pap because the first one was abnormal, i have had perrsistent bleeding since the middle of july, she couldnt do the pap so she did a biopsy, what is polyps

Polyps are a mass of tissue in the lining of the uterus or on the inside or outside of the cervix. They're almost always benign and if they're causing problems, they can be removed with a polypectomy. Here's a link about treatments -
