For the past month I have been waking up just about every night sweating really bad! I know hot flashes and night sweats are part of menopause, but is it normal to have this every night?? Please if someone could let me know,I am getting a little scared. I have a few in the morning, but then nothing the rest of the day.

Thank You

When I was having night sweats, I had them every night and at least 3 times a night. I have now moved on to just hot flashes at night but night sweats can be a really hard part of menopause.
