Okay this may sound crazy but I had a tubal ligation about 11 yrs ago, after the birth of my 4th child.,I have been going through menopause now for awhile,no period since june 2012 with no problems other than hot flashes.I just turned 47 in Nov 2012..All of a sudden I have what appears to be implantation bleeding and swelled sore breast along with abdomen cramps, some headaches and mild nasaeu, just like before when I was pregnant!.I have been thinking lately of having another child since getting out of a bad relationship and finally finding the man of my dreams but was certain adoption was our only choice.Should I get a pregnancy test? I know it is less likely but is it possible or am I wishful thinking?

Yes, do a pregnancy test. Although rare, pregnancy is possible after tubal ligation
