Premenopause ?

I am 38 years old. Had a Hysterectomy 9years ago. For the past month and half i have been going through nite sweats, fatigue, hot flashes. Does this sound like i am going through premenopause.

It sounds like you're in perimenopause, the period of time leading up to menopause, when hormone levels can fluctuate wildly and periods tend to become irregular (obviously the period part doesn't apply to you). Every woman's experience is different during this time but hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, fatigue, and mood changes are some of the most common complaints.
