I am in the midst of being peri menopausal and I just started getting this feeling that off and on during the day my heart feels like it is pounding harder and sometimes feels like it is in my throat. Is this a symptom of menopause? Robbin123

If you search this community for "palpitations" (search box is near the top to the right of "Announcements") you'll see there are lots of posts about heart palps. So, this symptom appears to be fairly common during peri-menopause.
