I am reading so much negativity about menopause...I know its not an easy thing, but it is very important to seek medical help immediately rather than suffer the symptoms. I am taking St. John's wort, 5 HTP, and l Theanine...also a Multivitamin for 50+ women....and other natural supplements, exercise and clonazepam until you have it all under to your health professional and also consult a natural med/supplement specialist.

All the best.

Menopause is a natural phase which occurs in every woman. During this stage women loses menstruation cycle and can't get pregnant after this stage. Menopause affects every woman in a different way. It is categorizes into three stages such as: Perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. The symptoms of perimenopause and menopause are same. Most of the women have to face several problems like insomnia, mood swings, loss of libido, hair thinning, weight gain etc. but these issues can be solved with the help of HRT, Surgery or Natural Menopausal Supplements. Maximum women go for the natural menopausal supplements since they are affordable and less in pain as compared to others.

Every woman around the globe has to face menopause stage at once in a whole life. From stats it is clear that the average age for menopause is 52 in UK while it is 51 in USA. Menopause is not a permanent disease; it's a natural stage that is responsible to stop menstruation cycle. Due to this stage woman loses fertile ability which means she can't get pregnant again. Menopause occurs in women's middle age. Most of the women have to face several menopausal issues like weight gain, hair loss, hot flashes, vaginal dryness and more during this stage. If anyone really wants to solve all these menopausal issues, can follow a healthy diet routine or refer menopausal supplements.
