Menopause and losing weight

I am beginning menopause and trying to lose 80 pounds at the same time. I have had blood work done by my doctor to make sure everything is okay and it is. My problem is that I have been on a high
protein low carb diet for two weeks and the scale has not moved at
all. I walk for 45 minutes/day. Does anyone have any suggestions
to what I can do to get this weight off? Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.

Its just been two weeks. Give yourself a little more time for your new routine to show results.
