It seems that I always find bits of information on perimenopause and menopause and it wasn't until I watched "Hot Flash Havoc" that I found it all in one place. Not only does it tell you everything you need to know and go over all the working and potential remedies/solutions, it's just nice to see how women all over the world deal with their specific menopause symptoms.

It was such a candid presentation that I also made my husband watch it, just so he could empathize better with my situation .
