Is there any over the counter meds that help with hot flashes?
These "personal summers" are killing me!!

Yes, you can ask a pharmacist or staff member in a pharmacy for help locating them in the store(Wal-Mart, Walgreens). Try looking in or near the supplement isle, Estrogen/ven comes to mind. You should possibly ask your Dr for recommendations if you are under his care for any other health concerns first before trying anything new.
