periods, sex drive

This is to a reply but it is not working. I have had an ablation, tubes tied, thyroid cancer at age 30. My ablation didn't work because of having a heart shaped uterus. I went on BC because for 24 hours prior to my periods I would throw up and had heavy periods. Now nothing hardly except for when I woke up today and it really wasn't worth a tampon. But I hadn't had a period in 6 months. I have very little to no sex drive and I am very dry. Any suggestions????

The dryness and loss of sex drive point to compromised ovarian function which can occur after tubal ligation or ablation. If those are your main symptoms, a vaginal estrogen (prescription required) may do the trick. If you have other perimenopausal type symptoms, hormone replacement (estrogen plus progestin or progesterone) or birth control pills (ironic since you don't need them for their intended use) may help level things out.
