At age 38 I had a full hysterectomy, at that time I thought I went through full menopause. Over the past few years I have felt better and have really experienced no symptoms of menopause. The last two months, I have began to feel all this symptoms all over again. I just turned 46 last week, I am now beginning to feel a more "natural" menopause. I am not sleeping, extremely fatigued, moody and I have gained a few pounds. I take no HRT and have no interested in doing so. I took them after my surgery and gained 30 lbs in 6 months. I lost those 30 lbs, but they are creeping back slowing. Help!!

Are you saying you had your ovaries removed at age 38 and didn't experience menopausal symptoms until now (age 46)? Did you have endometriosis? If so, the endo implants may have produced enough estrogen to prevent symptoms.
