I had a hysterectomy two years ago,the hot flashes just started, They are coming every two hours ,i'm so tired from not sleeping,what can i do to stop these,and how long do they last

Have you considered taking estrogen? It's been my "saving grace" since my hysterectomy - not the same as having my ovaries but WAY better than going without.
