I've been "tired and drained" (along with many other awful symptoms including rapid aging) since having a hysterectomy and ovaries removed. Natural menopause can cause fatigue especially if you aren't sleeping well. Once I found a suitable HRT, I started sleeping much better but I still don't have nearly the energy (or motivation) that I did before my organs were removed.

My pharmacist recommended Adroset (which is a supplement) that is suppose to help with chronic fatigue. I just started taking it and it i can't say for sure if it really helps or not but....Maybe worth a shot.
