brown want to be blood??

For the last couple of months my fresh red blood has been going brown and spotting. Not let me have my period for two days and wait till next month or the following. I have never had a regular monthly visitor. I have left side sharp pain. No answers what do I do

It's not clear what is going on. You didn't mention how old you are, and are you on a birth control pill? It certainly is worthwhile checking in with your health care provider; depending on exactly what is going on, an ultrasound might give you some extra information.
