Post Menopausal Cramping
susanc123 posted:
I am 56 years old and haven't have a period for 9 years. Yesterday, I had cramps all day (just like old times!) and then this morning, I had just a spot of blood. Nothing big, just a streak. Today I feel fine. Do you think I need to contact my doctor?

It may be a good idea to contact your doctor just to be safe, especially because its been so long since your last period.
