It has been about 10 years since I had my last period. I am getting hot flashes, depressed, crying, etc. Am I going through post menopause?

Here is some information on postmenopause that you may find it helpful to read through. Your symptoms should decrease as you enter postmenopause -- which you are considered to be in after you have not had a period for a year. If you haven't had a period for 10 years and you are just beginning to experience these symptoms again, it may be a good idea to speak with your doctor about them. Please let us know what you find.
