Healthy Foods help with Menopausal Symptoms, Try cutting out Salty foods, and cut down on the amount of salt in your food. Plant Oestregens help and Natural remedies really do work. Cut down on Caffeine and dont drink large amounts of Coffee, it really makes things worse as regards sleep etc. Google Natural remedies, including Black Cohosh, and Red Clover ( they work for lots of Menopausal Symptoms).
