It took me years to find something to help me sleep, and reduce my symptoms. Alteril is great!! Although I still sweat they come less often and i don't feel the flaming heat! as frequently as i use to, or every two hours. The flaming heat comes maybe every 6-8 hours a day, and I may wake up sweating no more than twice a night.
Besides alteril, I take simply sleep some nights along with the alteril on days that i'm busy, and now I wake up rested and ready for my day.
