a simple solution for sleeplessness

I just read all the comments and I know they are 3 months old...but in the event this conversation heats up again (or should I say 'hot flashes') LOL ... I would like to tell women about a new fabric I love in sleepwear called goodnighties. There is something different in the fabric that helps you sleep better...my sister found it helped for her fibromyalgia.. I was flashing like crazy and then couldn't go back to sleep.- she thought it would help and it does...! .. now that problem is under control.. such a treat to sleep through the night! I'm a new person!

chronic exhaustion is the pits.
