    Red Clover Blossoms
    japsue posted:
I have done research and have been using red clover blossom 2x daily(750 mg from most vitamin places).
I no longer get get hot flashes.
BEST OF ALL, will not interfere with prescription medications, does not contain any shellfish and will NOT interfere with anesthesia (if your in an accident and need an operation black cohosh can cause complications) and this does not.
I have referred friends and they too have found relief from ALL their symptoms.

    Mary Jane Minkin, MD responded:
I'm glad that the clover blossom is working for you. There isn't a lot of data out there on this product; and I really don't know that it wouldn't interfere with anything else.
There is reasonable data on black cohosh as a menopause aid. The pure product does not interfere with anesthetics; perhaps if someone reported a side effect, it was with a contaminant in the product.
    Glad you're doing well,
    Mary Jane
