I am a 20 years old male i always had a very very small right testicle and a normal left one and the right one is almost tied upper and the lower one is normal , i knew that i had something when i was born called a jumping testicle or something like that so i had this operation then to tie the right one so that it goes no where but its so small comparing to the other is that normal ? plus does it really produce anything or its just a figure ? and is there any kind of plastic surgeory or something to return it back to its normal size or place ?

If you were missing a testicle they have a fake one to put in to even things out. I don't know about a jumping testicle but mine are normal and they are not the same size. Ask your doctor next time you go.
