its regarding the pelvic floor muscle, i have doubts whether increased sexual activity will reduce the power of the pelvic floor muscle? If so is there any ways we can strenghten the pelvic floor muscle other than kegel exercises ? will the pelvic floor muscle heal naturally if it was weakened?

Sheldon Marks, MD responded:
Like any muscle it needs to be exercised to gain strength. If a ligament or tendon is stretched, that may get better or it may require fixing surgically.
