I have an lump on my left shoulder and my right one does not have one.

I am having some pain in my left arm because of that. I'm not having a stroke if I did my whole left side would be numb and my speech slurred and both are not happening at all. Can that lump in my shoulder can cause my entire left arm to hurt and make my chest hurt as well.

I am not having a heart attack at all as well.
