Havok's recent question on the board made me wonder how often each of you go to your doctor and what exams/tests do you ensure you get or do you go only when you feel there's something wrong and needs to be checked?

I'm 52. For the last 7 years I have had an annual complete physical. I have high blood pressure and on the border high cholesterol so I have med's to review and a full panel of test to be done as well. Usually takes upwards of an hour from nose to toes including the DRE. If I get sick I go as well.
