Hangover from very little alcohol

Hi, for several years now, I've noticed that I get mild hangovers - and sometimes more than mild - after a single beer. It's not really concerned me too much. In fact, it's made me limit my drinking to usually less than a beer a week. Last night, though, I had no more than a tablespoon or two of red wine, and this morning, I have a hangover. This is not the first time such a small amount of wine or other alcohol has had such a big - and negative - effect. Does anyone know why something like this would happen? Is it something to be concerned about? Thanks!
