Younger at 71!

I am 71 and female. I have always been active but in the last 15 years I have had a trainer and work out at a health club for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours twice a week. My husband and I eat a low-carb, low-fat diet, with plenty of fruits and vegetables. I am at the lowest weight in 30 years. We stay very active in the community. We eat out a lot--there are many options in restaurants for healthy eating. I have been told I have the body of a 55 year-old. I preach this to my friends and a couple of them have also lost a great deal of weight. I want to be a healthy old person some day.
