Every time I eat

Okay every morning I wake up n gotta go make a few or more vial movements before I get my day started... So why is that every time I eat or drink something I gotta go make vial movements? I eat n drink healthy it's just that it never falls that I can't eat n enjoy my stomach being full after eating with out going to the bathroom right after...

I am presuming "vial movements" is actually bowel movements. Sounds like a pretty normal digestion process. What goes in must go out. If concerned, speak to your doctor.

Whenever i get up i like to drink protein shake because i need energy in the morning so i prefer healthy food in breakfast.

Bowel movements right after eating meals? Maybe you have a fast metabolism and this should be normal.. But if you think something is not really right then you have to see your doctor.

I will advice you to eat vegetables and fruits more in your daily meals and drink more water than routine with regular exercises to maintain healthy body weight and to lead healthy and active lifestyle.

I also advice you to eat vegetables and that food which have low calories, If you really want to lose weight then stop eating spicy and more calories food and try to use light foods and use Garcinia Cambogia best weight lose pills and get rid from obesity.
