Is this normal or is he fibbing?

So my boyfriend had a small semen spot in his under wear. We're in a monogomous relationship. He says its was caused by a sperm build up from us not having sex for four or so days. He says sperm comes out when he urinates due to build up.. I think he has cheated. I have taken anatomy classes and have not heard of this before.. Please help me understand cause I don't think what he is saying is possible/true. I think he cheated...

Men can have what is called Nocturnal Emissions. These normally occur at night in one's sleep a man will awake in the morning to find that his shorts are all wet from this automatic release that the body does on its own. It sounds like that is what he had as you say that the two of you did not have sex for 4 days. Just like women many men cam have issues with their penis. So a minor amount of semen in his shorts could be normal for him. From what you describe there is nothing of note to think that he is cheating on you. Google Nocturnal Emissions to learn more.

I'm a guy and also took an anatomy class. Guess what, the male sex drive, penis, etc can be very active all on its own. Ever study hormones.

Anyhow, you've already made your mind up, just looking for an excuse to blame him. Leave, he'll be much happier without you hanging around.

This happens to me all the time and isn't anything to worry aabout. I am a healthy guy with a very healthy sex drive and this will happen anytime I don't release for a day or more. My body produces a lot of semen and pre-cum. The pre-cum will start dripping out on its own if not released so it is a good idea for me to release it before going to work, etc.

don't know about your boyfriend, but i have personally had semen pass out my penis after urinating, and usually when i have not had sex for several days; not all the time, but it has happened to me on several occasions; and especially when i have been horny or sexually stimulated but without release
