Hi all,

I am a 37 year old male, been with my wife for 17 years, and have always been faithful. About one week ago, shortly after receiving oral sex from my wife, a had a very mild itch in the tip of my penis. Nothing painful, not even that bothersome, but there nonetheless. It also seems every now and then there is some clear discharge. No pain urinating, no pain at all. Some days I don't notice anything, other days maybe two to three times I might feel a mild itch.

I currently don't have insurance, not until July at least, and I live in a small town, so no free clinics real close. I'd like to think it is NOT an STD, since believing it was would mean my wife had an affair. I don't believe she has, but I guess it would be foolish to completely disregard that.

Any ideas what it could be? Mild fungus, infection? Could it clear on its own? Again, I have no pain, not even a discomfort, just something mild I notice from time to time and it makes me worry.

It could be just an irritation caused by her tongue. Also, don't confuse the clear discharge from a "pre-cum" discharge. Many men do this during the day or night just thinking or dreaming about sex.
