Using free weights
broman323 posted:
I have been going to the gym alot lately... For two reasons: to get over my nude anxiety by spending more time in the locker room and to build muscle. I have not really ever used free weights. When I work out it is either by machine or bodyweight exercises. Is there a guide to how to do different workouts using different free weights? I am really trying to focus on building mass. I have protein shakes that I drink after my workout. Is there anything else I should be doing?
