Nausea and Testicle Numbness

I am a married 26 year old male and for the past year i have been experiencing on and off nausea and numbness in my testicles. To me it seems like i over produce semen and have blue balls that last for days, wondering if anyone else has experienced that and what was done to help

You need to discuss this with your doctor asap. Not something that can be answered over an internet message board.
