What a Great Experience this group has become. The kinship in Brotherhood. There is such a diverse range of topics. This is the place we can be as open as we want to be... Everyone is welcome to join, but it is not a place to Cruise. It's for sharing sexual questions and comments among men.
I am married mid 50's 5.11 150 with about a 5/8th pinch at my navel. I have read a bunch on how safe properly used and beneficial peptides can be to keep my body producing its own HGH.
I home train and decided pull ups and chin ups would be a great way to rebuild my upper body along with ab work on the ball. I have the body and frame of an 19 yo and like to go shirtless but have not been doing that of late.
Thanks for your Reply!
