The Jelq Exercise For Natural Penis Enlargement

Jelqing is a lot like the push up of penis exercising. It's the backbone of all the other exercises. When done healthfully, jelqing can make your penis bigger and harder - similar to how exercising your muscles can make your them bigger and harder. Healthfully, means not going overboard and starting out light.
The Jelqing Workout
Step 1 Warm Up
The warm literally involves applying heat to your penis.
The common ways to heat your penis include
1) Using a heating pad
2) Using a warm, wet wash cloth
3)Taking a hot shower
All of the above should be applied directly to the penis.
Don't skip the warm up. It's akin to warming up before you go running or lift weights - it leads to more results and less injury. Warm up for at least 5 minutes, but you're best bet is to shoot for 10 minutes.
Step 2 Apply the Lube
Lubrication is important because it will help you to jelq your penis in a gentle manner. It will also help you avoid any skin chaffing.
The most common lubricants are KY Jelly, Vaseline, and baby oil.
Step 3 Get the blood pumping
You'll need some blood in your penis to jelq effectively. Yet, at the same time, you don't want to jelq with an erection - or even near it. Jelqing with an erection is potentially dangerous.
Your penis should be somewhere between semi-hard and semi-soft. The goal is somewhere around 70 % erect.
Step 4 OK, grip it
You'll want to create an OK-grip with your thumb and pointer finger and put it at the base of your penis. The grip looks like you're giving the OK symbol.
Step 5 Jelq your penis
Apply pressure to the grip and move it down the shaft. You want the pressure to be light and gentle, yet at the same time effective.
Stop the jelq before you reach the head of your penis (don't jelq your head). The jelq should take roughly three or so second.
Then use your other hand to repeat the jelq. Switch hands every jelq rep until you acquire the number of reps.
For the first few weeks, do nomore than 150 jelqs per workout. Don't jelq every day, especially when you're first starting out. Going overboard is a common problem for new jelqers - and this is why jelqing has a bad wrap.

Thanks for the thorough explanation on how to jelq your penis. I tried this once and found that it did increase the size and width of my penis on the short run. After I stopped jelqing for a few days my penis returned to its normal size. It is a time consuming thing to do since each session required nearly a half hour when you consider warm-ups, etc.

I did find that at times it was difficult to stop getting a full erection and even ejaculating. When you get to the edge stop jelqing for a few minutes to let your penis soften up.

Good luck. I'm anxious to hear from anyone who tries this as to their results.

I actually was looking for a natural way to make my penis grow longer. I read this article - http://testosterone-for-men.com/Male-Enhancers.php that clearly says that male enhancers are very dangerous. i just lost hope and thought there wasn't any solution anymore. Well now I see your instructions... yes, they are a bit lengthy and difficult, especially the last, but I guess it's worth the try. Looking forward to seeing the other part of this video! Thank you!

If you're interested in shining a flashlight into all the corners of your sexualtiy I would urge you to give jelqing a try if you haven't already done so. I tried a course in natural penis enlargement a number of years ago -- it was basically learning to jelq with some scrotal massages thrown in.
While all of us would like to be 'bigger' I found that the important part of what I got out of jelqing was something different. I did the exercises pretty much as Shona2412 has described. And after a couple of weeks I did find that my penis did appear bigger more of the time. It's erect length was no different, but having the authority of greater soft size made me think I could be more of a locker room alpha male or something like that. It gave my self-image a boost, is what I guess I'm saying.
For me the interesting part was learning to maintain myself at about 70% erect -- just about the same size as when fully erect but still soft, pliable and mainly pointing down. I agree that at first it was difficult to stay at that position for long without springing up into rock-hard condition; and like many beginning jelqers I blew a good session by ejaculating! But with practice I found not only could I do the OK grip/slides for 20-30 minutes at a time and stay large but semi-soft at 70-75% -- but I actually enjoyed doing to jelq so much that I was in no hurry to get fully hard and move on to spilling semen. I found that the jelq was fun in itself and I would stop and feel satisfied without having ejaculated. I now call that QPT (Quality Penis Time) and it's something I enjoy doing when I want to enjoy my penis but don't especially feel like masturbating to ejaculation at the moment. I know I can maintain QPT for an extended period of time and have me be in control, enjoying and appreciating my penis and having it give me comfort and pleasure. It's not him being in control and demanding to be stroked to release. It can be fun to do at bedtime if you're alone and want to rest; it can accompany meditation; it can be good to do in the steamroom as a part of a relaxation time, or in the shower as a part of morning wake-up. For an extended QPT session I'd recommend a lubricant; I like the baby oil gel products which are thick and slippery.
The second benefit of learning to jelq was learning increased awareness of how to handle and stimulate my penis. This was helpful in learning to become multi-orgasmic, something which really should be in a separate piece but since I've started I'll put in a little here. Basically there's the situation where your orgasm and your ejaculation are really separate events. Going back to the days when we first learned to masturbate we we usually holed up in the bathroom, trying to get the job done as quickly as possible. Under such conditions the orgasm and ejaculation become so combined into one event it's difficult to separate them out into two separate ones. But it can be done. Through practice you can stroke yourself to the point where you're at the edge of orgasm -- shooting your wad doesn't seem far away. But if you back off your strokes a little you can still feel the rush of physical resolution and delight; the tension drains from your body as you've had a small but true orgasm but your penis is still hard and ready for more. With practice you can get yourself up to three or four orgasms before ejaculation. At some point along the way you're going to want to switch over to this type of activity with your partner. And that is something worth working for! I find myself having a 'dry come' and coming out for a short rest period and then re-inserting myself and starting all over again. That can take quite a while and both of us wind up being worn out. Don't plan much of anything else for a day when you do that!

Getting to know myself better, learning about QPT and how to enjoy 'soft-ons' and learning how to be a multi-orgasmic male makes the jelq process definitely worth it!

Torcal, there's a big difference. For starters not only am I uncircumcized but I have an unusually long foreskin. I have no interest in making my foreskin any longer and I can assure you that jelqing does nothing to change the foreskin length or size. In fact, in jelqing the foreskin is not moved back and forth over the glans -- that's actually basic masturbation for an uncircumcised guy. Usually I would start to jelq with my foreskin fully coverint the end of my penis. Only well into the session would I retract it, the idea being that the 'cover' would make my penis less sensitive to stimulation.

Jelqing does have a good number of benefits as I outlined some time ago; however, as far as I see I really don't think that foreskin enlargement or replacement is one of them.

I have had the same problem. If you get fully hard, just wait a few minutes for your penis to soften. Then go back to jelqing. Stop jelqing if you feel you are approaching the edge (ejaculation). It's best to avoid releasing your semen while jelqing. Avoid doing anything that would sexually stimulate you while jelqing. I found that this helps control climaxing when you don't want to.

Learning to enjoy a semi- or 70% hard-on can be one of the joys of learning to jelq. We can be so accustomed to having a penis either hard or soft and if hard, we're in a hurry to squeeze out a load! It takes a while to get used to being 'rather stimulated' but not looking to ejaculate right away. I would say just practice stroking your penis without letting it get too excited. If it gets really hard, then back off and let it relax a little. You will be both interested and pleased to see how much control you will be able to develop over your penis.

Jelqing itself can be quite pleasurable and relaxing. If I am jelqing I will usually set up a rule of not getting fully hard for at least 15 minutes. When I get past that point I allow myself to get fully hard and start pumping -- or I may choose to go on to 20 minutes with a semi.

One other point -- I am uncircumcised and also make sure that I jelq for the first 10 minutes with my foreskin fully down and in the 'closed' or covering position. Then after 10 minutes I'll slowly retract my foreskin -- a normal act which at this point becomes exquisite and can produce a fair amount of precum.

No end to the fun we can have with our penises if we give it a try! Good luck! I find that for me the control and pleasure parts along with having some good self-time is worth far more than any increase in penis size might be.

The idea and practical experience is simply the best, and shows intense pleasure with good erection, hardening and to some extent the size.
To maximize the multi-orgasmic pleasure, here i need to share the practical experience.
1. Warm the penis for 3-5 min (cloth, pad etc)
2. Start the jelqing exercise for 7-10 min. (OK style) different direction i.e. East, west, North & south.
3. Take soft baby brush apply soap on penis and brush, gently brush and massage the entire length (Body, Head) for 5-7 min.
4.After brushing wash and dry penis and apply coconut oil to entire penis massage for 2 min and let the oil to stand for 2-3 hours.
5. Do this for a week and repeat the same step 1 to 4 before 1 hour when planned to have intercourse.
6.While foreplay start kegel exercise for 10-15 min. and control the ejaculation by contraction and relaxation of penis inside the vagina.
