Bruise Like Pain On Back Of Head (bumps on skull)
    haleysmom1999 posted:
I have a bruise like pain on the back of my head. It is on the right side if i am correct it is on the occipital bones? The pain is on the right side of the head on one of the bumps that are on either side of the skull in the back of the head. I feel that it is a bit swollen. It does hurt when i put pressure on that spot. It started yesterday on the left and then went to the right side.
I am suffering from allergies as well as being under a lot of stress lately. I was wondering if this a type of migraine that i am suffering from.

    Any insight would be great!

Hard to tell. Have you contacted your dr about it?

Have your symptoms gone away? I realize it's been 7 months. I have exactly the same symptoms right now. They started a week ago. I've been on antibiotics for a week and haven't gotten any better, so it must be a virus. Did you go see a doctor? Please let me know, I'm scared.

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute or an hour or a day or a year but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever. Lance Armstrong
