I am allergic to asprin and I get severe headaches and extra strength tylenol isn't working for me. I didn't know if there was something over the counter I could take.

Sorry to hear about your problem. I need more information to help you. How often do you get the severe headaches? I cannot take any anti-inflammation medications due to kidney failure and have found very good remedies for my severe migraines. But I need to know about the frequency and length of your migraines.

I don't know of anything stronger that you can get OTC. If you only get them 2-4 times a month, I would recommend that you go to the doctor and get something stronger to treat them. What has worked best for me is Esgic, or Fiorcet is similar. It's addictive and cannot be taken more than two times a week or you will get rebound headaches which can give you a far worse situation. But if the doctor won't give you those, something else by prescription should help you.
