Can an ocular migraine cause a black eye?

I had my first episode of an ocular migraine two days ago. Extreme eye pain followed by a massive headache, nausea and vomiting. Visited a hospital ER where i was given Torodol for pain and some anti-emedic for nausea. 12 hours later...still have pain, vision has cleared up , but still sensitive to light. Affected eye is bruised...like I was punched, and a little swollen and droopy. Is this a normal reaction to an ocular migraine?
