I took a flight a few weeks ago, and I've had a mild, persistent headache ever since. Today, I can't do much of anything, and Ibuprofen isn't helping at all. Please help!

Just found this community. I've had daily headaches since 4th grade, migraines for 22 years. Flying is a trigger for me. Here's what works for me. And it's a bit odd. 20 minutes before boarding- take 2 Advil Cold and Sinus. If it's a long flight, take 2 every 4-6 hours. Continue for about 6 hours after you land. This seems to totally avoid any problems flying. It HAS to be Advil cold and sinus you buy with ID, not generic, no other brand, caplets, not gelcaps. Hope this helps anyone who has flying issues.
